BUSINESS BUILDING FOR AuDHD WOMEN
Start A Business For Real This Time
A ten-week business-building program for AuDHD women who are ready to stop rebuilding the plan and start building the business.
For ten weeks, we build the working core of your service business in order. You will know what to do, how to do it, why it comes next, and what finished looks like before we move to the next piece.
When applications open, they go out to the waitlist. There's no date on it yet.
Everything you need to build the working core of your business.
Every lesson, template, calculator, script, checklist, and AI tool is connected to the exact point in the ten-week build where you need it.
Business Education With The Bumpers Built In
I built this course around the things I know I need too: the full map, one active task, a smaller route when my capacity drops, and an exact place to restart if I disappear for a bit.
You see the full map first. Each lesson shows one active task, why it matters, what finished looks like and where the next step lives.
Some stuck points are easier to untangle with another person in the room. We meet once a week to check progress and work through anything that is getting in your way.
Three capacity routes: Standard, Guided or Low. If you need to stop, the Safe Pause and Restart process tells you exactly where to return.
Participate however works. Camera off is fine. Chat instead of talking is fine. If you need the replay, use the replay. You do not have to explain why.

Let’s make sure this is the right room
You might feel at home here if…
You are an AuDHD woman in midlife with a service business to start or properly connect.
You have ideas and experience, but need the work placed in a clear build order.
You want the missing how, why and what-comes-next, not another pile of inspirational information.
You are willing to make real business decisions and complete one connected piece at a time.
You want a small live cohort, practical support and a way to continue when your capacity changes.
You want a workable business, even if it begins smaller and less polished than the version living inside your head.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis. You are welcome if you are diagnosed, self-identified or still working out whether AuDHD describes your experience.
This may not be your room if…
You already have an established business and need advanced help with scaling, hiring, paid advertising or a large team.
You are building an ecommerce store, product company or technology startup that requires specialized instruction outside a service-business model.
You want a completely self-paced content library with no decisions, implementation or live component.
You want someone else to choose your business, make every decision or guarantee a particular income.
You are looking for clinical, therapeutic, legal, tax or financial advice rather than business education.
You want to build several businesses at once during these ten weeks.
Missing a week does not make you a poor fit. Needing replays, reduced-capacity routes or a clear way back in does not make you a poor fit either. That has already been accounted for.
Do Module 1. If this isn't what I've described, every dollar comes back. No forms, no phone call, no convincing me. That's the whole policy.
How to get in
Put your name on the waitlist. That’s the whole of step one.
There is no start date yet. I'll set it when the waitlist is large enough for me to fill twelve places properly. When that happens, everyone on the list gets the application first, with the cohort dates in writing.
Applications stay open long enough for you to think about it properly. You'll get the exact window in writing the day they open. I read every application myself and every applicant hears back from me.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place, and you will not be asked to pay unless you are selected.
Your questions, answered
-
The founding cohort runs for ten weeks. The start date gets set when applications open, and everyone on the waitlist gets it in writing when applications open.
When the course starts, you receive one module each week, plus one 60-minute group call with me, recorded for replay.
The course is delivered through Squarespace, and the complete ten-week map is provided at the beginning so you can see where every piece fits before you start building.
-
SABFRTT is for AuDHD women who want to build a small service business but keep getting tangled in the order, decisions and technical pieces.
A formal diagnosis is not required. You are welcome if you are diagnosed, self-identified or still working out whether AuDHD explains your experience.
-
Yes. SABFRTT is specifically designed to help you build a small service business.
That might include consulting, creative services, professional services, freelancing, education or another business where someone pays for your knowledge, skill or support.
If your primary goal is building an ecommerce shop, manufacturing physical products or creating a large product catalogue, this is not the right course for that job.
-
No degree, formal business education or existing audience is required.
Your lived experience, professional experience, interests and the things people naturally ask you for help with all count. The course helps you turn that material into a business someone can understand and buy.
You will also build the website, email system and promotion plan that help the right people find you. An audience is something we begin building, not an admission requirement.
-
You will leave with the working core of a real service business, including:
A defined ideal client
A clear, priced service
Your business registration and financial foundations
A live four-page Squarespace website
A connected email and welcome system
A lead magnet and contained promotion plan
A sales and discovery-call process
A client onboarding and delivery system
A Business on One Page
A practical 90-day plan
The goal is a business that can be found, understood, paid and operated.
-
Most business courses give you information. SABFRTT gives you the order, the instructions and the containment system around the work.
You see the whole map first. Each substantial task tells you what to do, why it matters, how long the active work should take, what finished looks like and where to restart if you stop.
You will also have Standard, Guided and Low-Capacity routes, weekly calls, Tomorrow Notes, safe stopping points and The Cynergy Guide to help you identify the next move.
The course does not depend on you maintaining ten identical weeks of focus, energy or enthusiasm.
-
There is no single honest number because registering a business, writing website copy and choosing an idea do not take the same amount of time.
You will complete one module each week and have the option to attend a 60-minute group call. Every substantial task includes its own active-time estimate so you can plan your energy budget around the actual work.
Weeks 4 and 5 are the heaviest because they cover the official business setup and website. You will see that in the course map from the beginning, followed by three standard weeks with less infrastructure work.
-
Choose the Low-Capacity route. You do not need to explain or defend why you need it.
The route identifies the smallest version of the work that protects the core business outcome. Safe stopping points and Tomorrow Notes record what you completed, where the work lives and the exact first action for returning.
The route changes the amount of support and the size of the immediate task. It does not quietly shrink the business you came to build.
-
Missing a week is already accounted for.
Open the missed module, identify the one deliverable that matters most and complete that before worrying about the rest. Then come to the next call or watch its replay. Do not return to the beginning and rebuild everything.
If you miss two or more weeks, The Cynergy Guide will help you identify the blockage and choose the one next move.
-
Founding members are expected to participate in at least six of the ten weekly call cycles. Watching the replay counts when you cannot attend live.
The calls are recorded, and missing one does not mean you have fallen out of the course. The goal is meaningful participation across the cohort, not perfect attendance.
-
No.
You may participate aloud, in chat, privately, in writing after the call or by watching the replay. Cameras may remain off. Movement, stimming, stepping away and passing on a question are all allowed.
You are never required to disclose personal information, explain your capacity or visibly unmask to prove that you belong here.
-
Your founding membership includes:
All ten course modules, with lifetime access
Weekly recorded 60-minute group calls with me
The Cynergy Guide, which opens in Week 2 and stays with you after the cohort ends
Videos, worksheets, templates, calculators, scripts and setup guides
The Resources Hub, open from Week 2
Direct email access to me during stated support hours
The founding-member rate for The Back Room if you want to keep going after Week 10: $49 USD per month, cancel anytime.
Direct access means genuine support during real working hours. I will respond to emails within 48 hours.
-
The founding-member price is $997 USD. You can pay it in one go, or in three payments of $333 USD at checkout ($999 total).
Future cohorts will be priced at $1,999 USD.
The founding price reflects the role the first twelve participants will play in giving me structured feedback about the course experience
-
Because it isn’t the same thing. The ones in your graveyard were built to sell to thousands and be watched alone, which is exactly why they’re still sitting there. This is ten weeks of me walking you through every step, a live call each week, and a cohort of twelve, not twelve thousand. The price is what it costs to have a real person build alongside you until your business is live.
-
No. The ten-week curriculum, teaching architecture, templates, participant standards and business-building sequence are established before the cohort begins.
Founding members are the first women to experience the complete program live. Their feedback will help refine explanations, support and delivery where needed. They are not being asked to locate the missing curriculum while I run behind them holding a stapler.
-
Founding members receive a substantially reduced price in exchange for meaningful participation and honest feedback.
You will be asked to:
Participate in at least six of the ten weekly call cycles, with replays counting when you miss a live call
Complete a short weekly check-in about what worked, what did not and where you became stuck
Provide honest written feedback or a testimonial at the end of the course
Allow your name to be included as a member of the founding cohort
Permission to create a detailed case study using your photograph or results is optional and will never be assumed.
-
No specific income, revenue or client number is guaranteed.
The course gives you the business infrastructure, decisions, tools and support needed to make a real offer and begin having priced conversations with potential clients. Your results will also depend on the service, market, decisions and actions involved in your individual business.
The promise is a complete, working business foundation and a clear path into the market, not an invented income screenshot.
-
Complete Module 1.
If the course is not what I described, email me and every dollar comes back. No phone call, no convincing me and no obstacle course disguised as a refund process.
The complete terms are available on the Refund Policy page.
-
Put your name on the founding waitlist.
There's no date on it yet. When they open, everyone on the list gets a short application, along with the cohort dates and how long the window stays open.
I review every application for fit and reply to every applicant. You will not be asked to pay unless you are selected.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee or reserve a place.
-
You will be placed first in line for the next cohort. You will not need to complete another application, and your $997 founding price will be honored.
This is a capacity decision, not a judgment about whether your business idea or experience is worthy. The first cohort is limited to twelve women because that is the number I can support properly.
