EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU’RE IN THE ROOM

This page exists so nothing about how the course runs is a surprise. Read it before you apply if you want to know exactly what you're walking into. Come back to it during the cohort when you need to remember how something works.

AFTER YOU APPLY

Applications open to the waitlist first, and there is no date on them yet. I am still building the course, and I would rather tell you that than invent a deadline. When applications open, everyone on the waitlist hears before anyone else, and I will say then how long the window stays open.

If you're offered a place, you'll get a link to pay. Your place is confirmed when payment clears. If you're not offered a place, you're not charged, and you stay on the list for the next round.

BEFORE THE COHORT STARTS

One week before we begin, you'll get:

  • Your login details and a walkthrough of where everything lives

  • The full course map, so you can see all ten weeks before Week 1

  • The live call schedule with dates already in it

  • The Google Drive folder structure you'll set up in Week 1

Nothing is due in that week. It's there so day one isn't also setup day.

HOW THE 10 WEEKS RUN

The start date is set when applications open, so you will know it before you decide.

One module unlocks each Monday. Ten modules, ten weeks, in a fixed order. Each week runs Monday to Sunday.

The order is the point. Each week produces something the next week needs, so working ahead isn't a shortcut; it's a way to make decisions before you have what those decisions depend on.

The energy map, so you can plan around it:

  • Light weeks: 1, 2 and 10

  • Standard weeks: 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9

  • Heavy weeks: 4 and 5

Weeks 4 and 5 are both heavy and they run back to back. Week 4 is the admin that lets you take money. Week 5 is your website. I'm telling you now so you can plan those two weeks at less than you think you can do.

LIVE CALLS

One live working call a week, on the same day and at the same time every week. The schedule is set with each cohort and you will have it before Week 1.

Every call is recorded and the replay goes up afterwards.

You never have to turn on your camera. You never have to speak aloud. Taking part in the chat is a full, equal way to be there. Nobody is put on the spot and nobody is asked to explain why they'd rather type.

Attendance is not compulsory. Missing a call does not put you behind.

WHEN YOUR CAPACITY CHANGES

It will, and the course is built for that rather than surprised by it.

Three routes through every week. Standard, Guided, and Low-Capacity. You choose week by week based on the capacity you actually have, not the capacity you had when you enrolled. The Low-Capacity route still gets you to the week's outcome. It is a real path, not a consolation prize.

Safe Pause and Restart. If you need to stop, there's a process that saves where you are and tells you exactly where to pick up. You don't have to reconstruct the plan from memory when you come back.

If you miss a week, you don't go back and catch up. Open the current module, find your spot, keep building. The work you missed is still there when you want it.

You never have to disclose anything. Not a diagnosis, not a reason, not what's going on at home. "I need the Low-Capacity route this week" is a complete sentence.

HOW TO LOG IN

Your course lives on this website. You'll sign in using the Account link in the main menu, with the email address you enrolled with.

Once you're in, click Digital Products to reach the course.

WHAT YOU NEED

Required:

  • A computer. The course involves building a website and setting up payments, and both are miserable on a phone.

  • Reliable internet for the live calls.

  • A Google account, free, for the Drive folder structure you build in Week 1.

  • A PDF reader on your computer. Open the worksheets in a real PDF app rather than your browser preview, or your typing won't save.

You'll set these up during the course, not before:

  • A Squarespace site, for your own business in Week 5

  • A Stripe account, for taking payment in Week 4

  • A business bank account and registration, in Week 4

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Ten modules, released weekly

  • Weekly live working calls, with replays

  • Templates, build tracker, worksheets, pricing calculator, scripts and checklists, delivered at the point in the build where you need them

  • The Cynergy Guide, the in-course assistant that knows where you are and gives you one next step

  • The student community space for the length of the cohort

  • Lifetime Access

THE COMMUNITY

A private space for the twelve of you.

What's shared there stays there. No pitching, no recruiting, no selling to each other. Disagree with ideas as much as you like, but don't go after people.

You can read without posting for the entire ten weeks and still be a full member of this cohort.

ABOUT THE AI ASSISTANT

The Cynergy Guide runs on a third-party AI. Two things to know:

It can be wrong. AI produces text that sounds right, which is not the same as text that is right. Check anything that matters.

Don't put confidential information into it. What you type goes to the AI provider, not to me.

It's there to remove the blank page and give you the next step. It doesn't make your decisions.

REFUNDS

Do Module 1. If the course isn't what I've described, email me before the end of Week 1 and every dollar comes back. No forms, no phone call, no convincing me.

Full details on the Refund Policy page.

IF YOU GET STUCK

Email contact@the-cynergy-collective.com.

A real person reads it. No chatbot, no ticket number. You don't need to make the message polished or explain your whole situation before you're allowed to send it.

STILL DECIDING?

Read the course page. It has the full ten-week map, the honest list of who this isn't for, and twenty-one questions answered properly.
