Business Building For AuDHD Women
Build your service business in the order it actually goes.
Most business advice hands you all the pieces and leaves you to work out what comes first.
I got sick of doing that too.
So I pulled the whole business-building process apart, worked out what depends on what, and put it back together in an order our brains can actually use.
Working out what comes first is my job. You don't have to hold the whole plan in your head.
Sound Familiar?
Every business task seems connected to six others. One task leads to another. Then another. Before you know it, you're redesigning a part of your business you weren't planning to touch today.

Content
You sit down to write one Instagram post. Suddenly you're redesigning your logo.
I've done versions of every one of these. The problem usually starts when one business task quietly turns into six decisions you were never supposed to be making at the same time.
Most business advice gives you the pieces and leaves you to work out the order.
You get the ideas, templates and strategies. Then somehow it's still your job to decide which one comes first, what needs to exist before something else can work, and whether you've missed an important step.
Everything I build works the other way around.
I work out the sequence first. Then I build the tools around it, so you're making the decisions that actually belong to you instead of doing the course designer's job as well.
Built by the woman who needed this and couldn’t find it.
Hi, I’m Cyn
I spent more than fifteen years working in business, finance, banking and high-stakes corporate environments. I could keep complicated things moving for other people and still spend years going around in circles trying to build a business of my own.
Getting diagnosed AuDHD at fifty gave me context. It didn't turn me into a woman who suddenly has her shit together every day.
I still have days when taking a shower feels like a project, and other days when I disappear into something for hours and finish an absurd amount of work.
What I did have was the time to obsess over this problem. I pulled business-building apart, worked out where the sequence kept breaking, rebuilt it, changed it, and changed it again as I learned more.
I'm doing that work so you don't have to spend years doing it before you can build yours.
The Cynergy Method
See the whole thing. Work on one piece.
SEE THE MAP
Before you begin, you can see where the business is going and why the order matters.
DO THIS PART
You work on the thing in front of you. The rest of the business can wait its turn.
KNOW WHEN YOU'RE DONE
Every task has a finish line. You don't have to keep improving it because technically you could.
LEAVE YOURSELF THE THREAD
Before you stop, write down exactly where to restart. Tomorrow-you shouldn't have to reconstruct today's brain.

The AuDHD Business Brief
The useful bits about building a business, without the bullshit in between. One thing to understand, and one thing you can actually do before you close the laptop.
I write it for the woman who wants to build something real but does not need another email giving her seventeen things to think about.
Where Do I Start?
You have several things that genuinely need doing, and your brain can make a very convincing case for every one of them.
Where Do I Start? sorts the pile into what needs your attention now, what comes next, what is waiting on something else, and what can get out of your face for the moment.
You leave with one thing to do first.
Built for the bad weeks too.
The course assumes real life is going to happen.
Some weeks you'll get through the work exactly as planned. Some weeks your brain will be on fire. Some weeks taking a shower and answering one email will feel like plenty.
I know because my weeks do that too.
The course has smaller routes through the work when your capacity drops, the calls are recorded, and cameras are optional. If you have to stop, you won't come back to a vague “pick up where you left off.” You'll have an exact restart point.
A rough week should cost you a week. It shouldn't quietly cost you the whole course.
Start A Business For Real This Time
Everything you need to build the working core of your service business.
A ten-week live cohort for AuDHD women building one real service business, in the order the pieces actually need to happen.
Twelve women at a time. One module a week. The whole map is visible before you begin, and the tools show up when you need them.
It's being built now. There is no start date yet. When there are enough women waiting for me to fill twelve places properly, I'll open applications and set the dates.
10 Week Build
12 Person Cohort
Weekly Live Working Calls
Founding Cohort $997 USD
The $997 USD founding price is available to selected waitlist applicants for the first cohort.
Twelve women. I'll open applications when I can fill the room properly.
I'm not putting a date on the founding cohort yet.
The business is new, and I'd rather tell you that plainly than manufacture a launch date and hope enough people turn up.
The waitlist stays open while I build the course and grow the audience around it. When there are enough women waiting for me to choose twelve who are genuinely a good fit, applications open and I'll set the dates.
If you're on the list, you'll hear before I announce it anywhere else. Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
